Adoption Scrapbooks and Lifebooks
new workbooks
I wrote a series of workbooks for adopted children. The characters of the adoption club were adopted in different ways, from Russia, foster care, with and without siblings, infant domestic, kinship. They were all ages when adopted but share certain feelings etc.
The five books are illustrated in coloring book pictures so that the child can color any person any way he/she wishes. There are questions so your child can join in the discussion and several have a project to help make some big issues more concrete.
The titles are
Let’s Learn About Adoption
How do we feel about adoption
the confusing world of brothers, sisters and adoption
Friends Bullies and staying safe
Who we are and why we are special (identity)

They look good. What is the age range you’d suggest in readers?
It depends. I would think most kids would do best with an adult helping them so they can have some guidance. I would think 7 and above.
Very interesting. What is the pre-order designation? Are they not available at this time?
These look really cool! You are such an asset to this board and the adoption community!
They arrived in the warehouse Wednesday. I imagine they will be available at amazon soon.
Thank you babydreams
