Survey

I was adopted from Russia at the age of seven and am interested in learning how other children adopted from Eastern Europe are performing academically.  Currently, I preparing for my senior year at high school and am doing a survey research project for my math class.  My research question is:  To what extent are children successful in school after they have been adopted from an orphanage setting?
I am looking for parents of adopted children to complete a short (5 to 10 minute) survey via email. To be eligible for the survey, your child must have been at least 5 years of age upon adoption. It must be at least 2 years since you have adopted that child. And, the child must be in a K-12 school.
Since I was adopted as an older child, I have a different perspective than other researchers.  I have had to overcome a lot challenges, and it would be very satisfying for me to learn about other children’s progress.
If you complete this short 5 to 10 minute survey, I will provide you with my final report if you are interested.  I will keep all information confidential.
If you are interested in completing the survey, please email me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), and I will send you a survey.
