It describes a nice timeline of how Ethiopia has become one of the most popular countries for international adoptions.
Also, the article has an extremely touching story of how a family in Ethiopia chose to place one of their children for adoption.
The video is especially moving as it interviews both the extremely poor birth family and the happy now-American child and her new family in Minnesota.
