any experience with this agency? We are particularly interested in adoption from Bulgaria.

Love them, love them, love them!

We used Gladney and would do it again.

They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and aside from “the wait”, they made the whole process EXTREMELY easy.

They walk you through every step and have been doing adoptions so long (125 years), that there will be no mistakes or problems.

I used them back in 2003 and had an overall good experience (Guatemala). I would recommend them.

We used them for a domestic adoption and a state adoption and had a bad experience with both instances. Mostly a lack of communication with the case worker/difficulty getting answers to questions/fees being outrageous for what they were asking for/etc. We ended up doing a private adoption with an attorney and had a wonderful experience.
