Bedroom for Infant or Toddler Foster Children

In PA, can a foster child under 3 years old share a room with their foster parent, provided that they have their own crib to sleep in?

In PA everything varies by county and agency but my agency will only allow infants under age 1 to share with the foster parents. There is an excellent group on fb called PA adoption and foster care community.” It is a very active group with a lot of foster parents. If you are fostering or thinking about it I recommend the group, there is a lot of information there. If you would like you can let me know what county or agency you are in and i can ask in my group what the specific rules are.

I asked in my other group and am being told that the state law is under age 2 they can share a room with foster parents, butm many counties and agencies have stricter rules and will only allow under age 1 to share.
