Adoption Networking Ideas
Adoptees Apparel
Hello! My name is Ethan Cahoon and my sister and me were adopted in 2005 from Kemerovo, Russia. As you probably know, Russian adoption is closed to the United States. My parents were unable to have their own kids, and therefore they pursued adoption. They were actually matched with two other kids before my sister and me, but that fell through because of the children’s uncle. At the end of last year, I knew I wanted to start a business but wanted to have a cause also. Then I thought about it, what better way to show my appreciation for being adopted and brought to America than to start a company that helps more kids get the same opportunity. I’ve been blessed with so many opportunities here, and I knew I wanted to help give those opportunities to more kids. So I started AdopTees Apparel. We sell t-shirts and apparel and then give back to a family who is adopting. We are currently shifting more towards helping with international adoption. Feel free to like us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/AdopTeesApparel/, follow us on Instagram at AdopTees Apparel, or check out our website AdopTeesapparel.com. We currently have a new design out and are coming out with a new one soon. All profits go back to supporting adoption. I feel honored to have been adopted and want to help more kids get the opportunity to say that! Feel free to ask any questions or leave any ideas! Thank you! “Our goal is to support adoption one tee at a time”
