I was adopted and don’t have any medical records.  What should I do?

I’m an adoptee too…and have the same problem.  Thankfully, I’m in reunion with my natural mother so she can fill in some of the blanks.  Think of yourself as being lucky (total sarcasm for those who may not have caught that)...after all, we don’t have to write anything on those pesky medical forms at the doctor’s office..“N/A Adopted” works just fine
