Does anyone know of the tax credot is being extended beyond 2011?

Hi, the present tax credit is good till December, 2012.  I am hoping that it will be extended beyond 2012, but we probably won’t find out until next year.  The adoption tax credit is part of the Bush tax credits - I believe they are due to expire next year.

Yes, it is available for 2012 as a refund, not a credit and then after 2012 it goes down to $5000.
